Arial cd ripper IO error 21?

Everytime I try to load Arial Cd ripper (1.4.9) I get a error saying IO Error: 21. Does anyone know wha this means and how to fix it?

use EAC (exact audio copy). its free and is hands down the best ripper there is, period. the only ripper that can give a 100% accurate rip. we have a guide on how to setup and use EAC, you can find the link in my sig below.
