SImply and plain the fan on my ATi 9800 XT died.
it would be a waste to just throw away the whole card because of that if you ask me.

So my question is, If possible Where can i get a fan that is the same as the fan shown beneath

Just simply look for an aftermarket cooling fan on newegg or ebuyer if in the UK. Just look for compatibility with a 9800 series card.

In all reality though I don't think they will have many options for you. The 9800 XT is OLD! Go for a newer card if you have the money. Like an X700XT AGP can be found for about $120-$130 if you shop around. It will perform the same as or better than your 9800XT easily. Or an X800GTO card from newegg. That's where the price/performance sweet spot is at right now as it performs better than a GeForce 6800.

I personally recommend the Radeon XX00 series cards and I strongly promote them as good performing and very affordable cards for the low/mid to high ranges.

    Either way, good luck.

Hey Thnx but after market cooling fan is exaclty what i cant find, with 3 people recomending me newegg now on which it wasnt either anyhow, if not because of the money i still find it a great waste to just throw away the 9800 XT and buy a new card simply cause only the fan is broken :S.. a little fan shouldnt be all that trouble i thought (i know otherwise now)
Tho im kinda out of work at the moment so paying like $15 instead of over $100 is the sain choise..but stil thnx though

well... the 9800XT was hard to find when it was still brand new. So if you still want to game... get a 9600XT... maybe $70 at most if you can splurge. But get the 128MB version as 256MB is actually slower.

Sorry I can't help you much more.
