VCD Menus not working

I have a strange problem using NERO. I created several VCD's with menus using NERO and they worked pretty good. I am playing them back on my PC using WINDVD. When the menu comes up I can click on a thumbnail and I go to that video(chapter).

All of a sudden when I burn anymore VCD's (apparently using all the same settings), the menu doesn't work the same. I cannot click on the thumbnails to get to a video. I now have to right-click, go to CHAPTER and select the chapter that I want.

The MPG's I am using are captured as .AVI from my video camera, I then convert them to mpg using TMPGen. As far as I can tell, I never made any changed to any software. I am at a complete loss as what to do now.

Help would be appreciated..
