Recovery CD for Sony Vaio PCV-RS430G

    I lost all the data and the system does not have any more drivers. Can somebody walk me through to get Gigapocket and Sonicstage drivers. The computer is non-operational. The recovery CD not working, it gets stuck at recovery cd #3 with error message "Error caused by partition drive" Please help

    Sounds like a dying computer. However you should be able to get all the drivers you need from the manafacturers of your hardwares site.

    Actually, I tried the same drivers and tried downloading to my PC but the message is says the updates can't be installed until original driver is there.

    My PCV-RS430G went down and I don't have the recovery disk. Can someone please provide me a copy if you have one? I called SONY, they discontinued the modle and all supports due to some license issue with Microsoft. PLease help!!

    Then you going to have a find a copy of a windows xp disc or whatever os was in there. And hopefully your microsoft key is still on the side of the comp. Should be a green sticker. Need some help and in PA pm me.
