DrWatson post mortem errors

After a couple of years of use my computer started locking up and giving this erro. I know MS Windows does use a Dr Watson but also after searching the internet there ia a fake that is infecting computers and causing heck.
First: is ther any way I can tell if this is the MS error of fake?
Second: If a fake, how can I get rid of it?

Have Spybot,adaware,cwshredder,PCcillion,SpyDoctor and Register Mechanic. Nothing seems to see it.
