Quake 4 is a newer game and is very graphic intensive. However you can put the setting on low within the game and also in the ati catylst control center.Update to the newest drivers as well.

If you do decide to get a new one try overclocking this one first to squeez every drop out of it.Here is a link to ati tool http://www.techpowerup.com/atitool/

If you still want a new one do research before buying don't buy gimmics and don't buy the latest one because you'll get ripped stay behind like a release or two.Heres a link to the best store for it.I got mine from here.http://www.newegg.com/ProductSort/SubCategory.asp?SubCategory=48

Like I said do some research and see if your motherboard can support it before you buy.I cannot stress this enough. If you want a recommendation
I can give one but I will need to know what your mobo supports(agp,pci-e) and what price range your looking into.

9250 probably has discontinued so do u recommend total revamp or just get a new gfx card?

It's hard to say.In most cases you just need a new gfx card. But you would see huge leaps by a total revamp. It's really about cost and what you can afford.Just make sure you do some research before you buy and make sure the new gfx card is compatible with your motherboard.
