At the moment im running a 9250 as icant be stuffed getting a new graphics card. Problem is all the graphics in the game is green can anyone help me or do ineed a new graphics card
Quake 4 is a newer game and is very graphic intensive.However you can put the setting on low within the game and also in the ati catylst control center.Update to the newest drivers as well. my specs at the moment is amd athlon xp 2000+ 512 mb ddr400 cas 3 gigabyte socket a generic cheapo sound card (c-media i think)
i know its really old i just havent been bothered to upgrade yet 9250 probably has discontinued so do u recommend total revamp or just get a new gfx card?
It's hard to say.In most cases you just need a new gfx card.But you would see huge leaps by a total revamp.It's really about cost and what you can afford.Just make sure you do some research before you buy and make sure the new gfx card is compatible with your motherboard.
