OuterInfo pop-ups

    Yeah Random pop-ups appear when Im not using IE or Firefox..I need help

    Ok heres what happens I get a Server Busy message so I click switch to then a pop-up named Advertisment by Outerinfo appears...And this happens at randome times when Im doing something on the computer..
