restore pc to manf. condition????

    i lost the restoration cd, so what do i do now. i have a lot of junk in my desktop, that i just want to erase everything and start all over again.
    thanks.

    it is a HP pavillion desktop.

    contact hp or store the computer came from about getting a new recovery cd or get xp cd.
