transfer error

    I'm using the Mobile Phone Tools progam. I cropped a few songs and I'm trying to send them to my phone. Everything seems fine but when I try to transfer I get this "The length of the file name can't exceed 0 characters" I tried changing the file name but that doesn't work. How can I fix? Thanks.

    try shorting the name then do .mp3 at the end it might work

    I tried it but when the error window pops up it will let me change the name of the file but I can only click on "cancel" the "ok" button is never highlighted. Any other suggestions.

    rename it before you start
