ok.so here is my problem,my cpu is running at anywhere between 75-90 degress c(celsuis),it's way to hot,my friends one is around 40,i can't understand why it is heating up and becuase of it,every few hours my pc just randomly hangs and restarts itself, all the fans are spinning, chassis fan and cpu fan both at around 2500rpm,but my cpu is way above it's threshhold,so i need to know what's the problem, could it possibly just dust,is it the psu fan?,should i just replace all my pc's fans? Should i just clean it out? What should i do?

    Please help urgently...

so i just rang a pc company and asked what could be the problem, they said that my heatsink is probably covered in dust and shoudl be cleaned out immediatly, and if that doesn't help they'll come fix it at my house for $60...should i try and clean it out first?

get a can of air from your local computer store, open the side panels & give it a good blow job but outside the house/apartment. i use my air compressor to clean out customers' computers.
