Hello, I have a 2 year old laptop and it has several small scratches and even a couple deep "grang canyon" like scratches. I would like to get rid of some of these to make it look nice. Thanks
The cd scratch removers are more for dust and fingerprint scratches, not heavy dust. As i said befor, i have many scratches including some realy big ones. The small ones do not comcern me that much as the big ones. Is there some sort of color matching filler i can buy? or is it possible to coat the scratches with epoxy and smooth it out with a spatchula? Thanks again
I doubt you would want to put Epoxy on it! Although Epoxy is clear it would still leave a hump of hardened gel. I'm not sure about a color matching filler. There are various types of fillers and you may find one from your local hardware store. The case is plastic so I would look for a plastic filler and then look for paint the same color as your computer. I don't think you would be lucky enough to find a filler the exact color as your computer. If you do not know the name of the color of you case, look at your manufacture's site. They should have the color's offical name. Good luck!
