    What program should I use to secure my wireless network?

    You don't need any program. Type 192.168.1.1 into your web browser. It will bring up a login window for the router. Use the default user name and enter admin as the password. You can change these later. Go thru all the different tabs and sub-tabs. There are good explainations of the different settings.
