drive wont read dvd

    everytime i burn or copy a dvd i am unable to play the dvd on my computer . It keeps saying dvd empty or no dvd in drive .
    but when i play the burned or copy dvd on my regular dvd player it plays just fine . why cant my dvdrom cant read my copies . Please help .

    im using win.98se with nero 6

    We will need a bit more info, the brand and model number of your burner and the version of firmware.
