i cant see this topic anywhere around here so I hope somebody can
    help me with this problem

I have a movie dvdrip file and subs srt.file and the subs are running
    to fast and to early
I tryid to download from 3 different people subs for this movie and all
of them are either to early or to late when I play the movie

Can somebody explane how to fix this so that subs works like they
    should in the time :)

I believe you can adjust th time wih subtitle workshop. Grab the program and do a search.

Yes, it's true what you say. You can adjust the time.

Keep in mind that if, for example, your movie is in NTSC and your subs are in PAL, they will be out of synch permanently.

Subtitle workshop allows you to load the movie and do a fine tuning with subs. It's a tedious job sometimes though
