I currently have an ati radeon 9800 pro 256mb agp video card, and i just came across an ati radeon 9250 256mb pci video card. My mother board is a GA-8IPE1000 Pro3. Is there a way i can run them both to get better fps in my games???

nope, sorry~ that Gigabyte mobo you have ONLY supports 8x AGP, there is nowhere you could even put your pci-e Radeon card in~ :)

i have this identical board for my Intel Extreme Edition build, it's good, but only AGP available in the video card dept. ironically, i'm using an ATI Radeon 9800 pro too! i used to have an ATI x850 PE 256mb AGP in it, but sold it months ago since i need the money to pay for my ATI x1900xtx 512mb pci-e card on my other rig~ :)
