I have had this problem for a while now, and can’t remember when it started. Ok, so the problem is when I first start up my computer the internet doesn't work right away. If I wait like 3-5 minutes it starts working, or just keep trying to load a page it will eventually work. Also if the Internet is not in use for a while (45 minutes or longer) when I get back on the Internet it won't work and I have to restart. If using my laptop it does the same thing, even if I put my laptop into hibernate and then turn it back on it won't work and I have to restart. Please let me know if you know what the problem is.
