Two weeks ago I obtained an RMA for my T809 because it wouldn't pair with any bluetooth device. I just got my T809 back and straight out of the box it still won't pair.

I called Samsung and they're trying to say there was nothing wrong with the phone but they reflashed the software and reset the WAP anyway and the phone tested fine when they sent it back. I doubt they even looked at the damn phone. Now they want me to send the thing back and I'm wondering what the hell for? They already said the phone was fine and they did everything they could so what's sending it back going to do other than make me go another two weeks without my phone?

Has anyone else had to deal with Samsung's repair department? I'm about to hit every mobile phone forum I can find letting folks know about this and see if I'm the only one.

Thing is, what else can you do ? Apart from send it back to get fixed...again. I have sent a camera back to Samsung for repair and I must admit I was quite happy with the service.

    Thanks for the input :)

I don't have any other choice and that's what's so frustrating. I'll send it back a second time and if they still don't fix it they'll need to send a new one because I can't keep going without my phone :(

I'm sending the phone back for another RMA. Hope they get it right this time.

I just noticed that five of my paid for ringtones and one game were wiped out when they reflashed my phone. Now I have to deal with T-Mobile about getting them back. Ugh....

Cause I'm mad and I'm taking a small liberty with my power as a mod so that more people can see my rant in order to see if anyone else has had a bad experience with Samsung's service :)

I never actually fixed mine, but I didn't have problems until recently. I am pretty sure its just the battery, but the entire phone is falling apart and I've only had it a year. Also, my reception is awful. One day it will work fine in my house the next day I don't get reception, but all of my friends and family have the same phone service, therefore it must be my phone.

I've got a pretty pathetic update. Seems the package I had the phone in got left behind when I took my last consignment to the package store and has been sitting here the whole time buried in papers. I finally called Samsung to see what the staus of the phone was and they never got it. After a frantic couple hours I realized what had happened - Doh!

I'll be sending it (for real this time) early next week. I swear if I had hair it'd be pure blond.
