I got it, but I was just kind of freewheeling the whole time.

I plugged in the white audio cable from my PS2 into the back of a white plug in my sound card. I turned the PS2 on and there was no sound, but I didn't expect to. I got a program called Absolute Sound Recorder, and started it. I set it to record "Line in", and the after 30 seconds I stopped and listened to it. I was amazed that this actually worked, and I heard the PS2 starting up. I put in FIFA Street 2 and had the music playing for like, an hour and a half recording.

When this was finished, I used MP3 Cutter to cut these songs into separate tracks, and now I have them.
