Hi everyone! I just bought the sony mp3 model no.NW-E005F.I installed the software today went through the whole process and restarted my pc...then i started connect waited a while for it to load then plugged in my sony nwa 1000. It didnt even detect it as new hardware and so i cant even transfer music to it. the transfer button remains unhighlighted and there is no indication of the mp3 player being connected even though it managed to charge itself.The version of SonicStage CP is 4.0 I dont know what to do, all i can find are websites about the problems with connect rather than solutions-especailly the problem that im having...I'm really rally desperate about that and that makes me really regtret havinh bought that sony mp3. so if anyone can thinkn of anything please please reply back to me thanks. Can someone please close this thread?Because i already returned that sony mp3 player,it was driving me nuts too much,so already returned it and got a full refund for that. Thanks. Vincent.
