now I've searched this site countless times to get answers on why burning an audio cd in Nero 7 creates skipping/glitches. to all the fine people who have said that you need to replace the mp3pro files with older ones and have provided a link to those files, thank you. i decided to experiment with installing Nero 7 with the problematic files and testing out every update Ahead has as some say that they had fixed that Audio CD issues in update X. well they never have and i think Ahead better share whatever it is they are smoking with so i can at least pretend to believe that it works. now i decided to sit and think, the mp3pro file technically is a demo and to me that's what the whole aggravation is. so i tried a mp3pro plugin serial #. i went to Nero Wave Editor (which is where you can really tell if the mp3pro plugin is a demo or not), loaded an mp3 and then then tried to save as an mp3pro file. to my amazement, no warning window about "you can use the mp3pro plugin 30 times". i then burnt an audio cd with the mp3s i know the glitches can be heard in. no skipping. i tested this theory for an hour and here's my fix info: 1. Click on the Fire button in the bottom right hand corner of SmartStart 2. Click on the Enter New button and enter the mp3pro plugin serial that you bought from Ahead or if you got a keygen (you bunch of cheaters) use a number from that and your problems will be solved
The mp3 Lame encoder uses a SN, but the mp3pro encoder is a file dl after you purchase and does not use a SN to unlock. After you double click on it, it generates the unlock of the dll file.
