I want to change both of these on board this computer. What steps do I take? Will I need any drivers, etc. or do I just change them out and boot up and let windows recognize everything? The PSU that is onboard is 350 watts, will this be enough for an X2 processor, two DVD drives, a hard drive and a card reader?
It will definitely be stressing the power supply. i would recommend a 550W or higher.. go with a brand that is recognized for efficiency such as Ermax.
