Installing from multiple virtual CD's

I've downloaded 2 CD images, then used WinISO to extract their contents. When I try to install the program (soldier of fortune II) half way through it asks me to insert the 2nd CD.

So I went and actually burned the 2nd image (bin/cue) onto a CD using Fireburner. Tried reinstalling the program, halfway through it asks for the 2nd CD, I pop it in, but the installer doesn't recognize it, just keeps asking for the 2nd CD.

So I tried downloading VirtualCD4 and loading up the 2nd image as a virtual CD. Same results, the installer doesn't recognize the 2nd CD.

Am I missing something? Do the cd images have to be named something specific?
