RIGHT, I play alot of games on my pc and for some odd reason my mouse starts moving strangely during games. Firstly, i dont think its the actual mouse thats the problem because i have tried a few differnt mice and the same problem occurs. Also its doesnt start flicking round the screen like other problems people have. What happens is that wen i strafe from side to side and try and move my mouse in the opposite direction......it doesnt move properly and just jumps in the direction im pushing the mouse :SS:S and this only happens in games not wen im surfing the net fro example :S plz ne help wud b appreciated.
Hmmm, I'm not sure- but is your mouse mat any type of reflective material? Because when the laser from the mouse is reflected back- it may give different directional commands like you are experiencing, it most likely only happens during games due to lag and the speed of mouse control and rflection can lead it going haywire sometimes. Try using it a dark and non-shiny surface and tell me if it works- that's all I can help with.
kk thanks neway. i dnt use a mouse pad. jst use the desk surface. jst plain, wooden , grey boring desk lol. n it also happens wen i do use a mouse pad............its strange ,..... reli annoyin cz i cnt play properly
it happens straight away. Rarely it is fine and i can play properly. but the majority of the time i play , the problem occurs. Also sometimes it is worse than others.
nahh its not lagg i kno that definatley, umm im not sure how i find out my system spec n the games spec requirments? help lol
To compare your system and the game requirements quickly- I suggest using the microsoft games advisor- view using Internet Explorer- http://gameadvisor.futuremark.com/gameadvisor/service/. Just search for the game you want too see, it will then perform a system scan and tell you whether your system is able to handle it. I doubt it's lag though- that would be if the commands had slow response time but you say the mouse goes in totally different directions.
