    both boards have onboard sound besides video. also cpu comes with heatsink & fan so no need for other 1 as it will void warranty.

    what does this mean "both boards have onboard sound besides video" is that good or bad and what is it? also thanks for the info

    i stand corrected about onboard video on motherboard as it does not have but does have onboard sound(built in soundcard) according to specs.
    1st mb
    Onboard Audio
    Audio Chipset ADI AD1986A
    Audio Channels 6 Channels

    2nd mb
    Onboard Audio
    Audio Chipset Realtek ALC850
    Audio Channels 8 Channels

    1st mb as it has sata 3 whereas 2nd mb has sata 1.

    yea i know i just want to find a good ASUS motherboard on newegg.com that supports all my parts and is less then about 120$

    i know i just dont know which one to get or if there is a better one becouse for the Mobo that cost more i read the comments and most of them are bad
