WEP keys are for wireless connections. Do you have a wireless router? If so, what make/model?

Launch a Web browser. In the location or address line of your Web browser, type
http://192.168.123.254 to access the Web User Interface. The default user name is admin.
There is no default password. Click OK to login.
Within the Web User Interface, you'll have to explore to find the settings.

After following the above instructions:
To access the WEP information, go to the Wireless section tab, and Security.
Note: If you have trouble with your wireless link, try a 64-bit (instead of using a 128 bit WEP key or WPA) WEP key. To minimize WEP Key mismatch errors (due to typing errors, etc.), use a simple and short (i.e. a 10-digit Hex WEP Key such as 0123456789, 3333333333, 4444444444, etc.) during your troubleshooting sessions.

Since I don't have the same router as you (I have Linksys), maybe Darkhadou can help a little more with this.
Make sure that the person who was connected to you has been deleted as a user. Otherwise, they may stay connected even after setting up the encryption.

@Dolphin2- LOL I have Linksys too :P
@xsnakex- To allow specific computers to connect to your network, thus getting rid of the hacker. You will have to set access restrictions using each PCs MAC address.
Quote: Within the MAC Filter screen, you can control the mapping of the MAC addresses. You can also control which MAC address is allowed to connect to this device.
MAC Filter: Select either Disable, Only deny PCs with MAC listed below to access device and Internet, or Only allow PCs with MAC listed below to access device and Internet. Click Apply to turn on or turn off the MAC Filter.
MAC Table: If you enable the MAC Filter, you must assign a name for the entry and enter the MAC Address. After supplying the necessary information, click Add. If you need to change any of the information in an existing entry, select it, make the necessary changes, and click Update. You can also remove an entry from the list by selecting it and clicking Delete.
Note: When you select Only allow PCs with MAC listed below to access device and Internet make sure that the PC being used to configure the router is added to the MAC table first before you click Apply.
BTW if you want to find out the MAC address of each of your PCs, open up command prompt on each one and type in "ipconfig /all" (without quotation marks) and scroll down for the MAC address (shown as PHYSICAL ADDRESS). This should make your network much more secure.

Guess I was being lazy. Did the initial search but thought you had the same router and could help better. That's what I get for thinking! LOL!!
