rate my (budget) build!

    hiya, well I finally got around to building my own pc and here it is;

    intel pentium 4 (630) 3.0ghz
    asus p5ld2-se intel945 motherboard
    1gb ddr2 667 corsair ram
    250gb maxtor sata-2 harddrive
    dvd-+rw drive LG
    palit Geforce 6800 512mb (256bit) graphics card
    floppy and a cheepo gray case with 350watt psu

    considering I got all of this for $479.99 what do ya think?

    for 20 dollars more, you could get a pentium d 930 which would easily beat the p4 630.

    but why would I need a better psu when this one works fine? (and consumes less)

    hey dont buy your cpu yet as pentium d's will be falling in price within a week, so just wait for up to 2 weeks.

    why even get a pentium d, a athlon x2 kicks but. nice system by the way its a good build for about 500. cheers =)
