    Hello everyone.
Thanks to all who take the time to help me out here.

I am new to this dvd burning realm........although I have successfully burned some shows which I have downloaded...I cant seem to download this one.

the type of file is "Real video VBR"
I just want to burn this to be able to watch it on my dvd player.

I have searched through previous threads, but i am unable to find any info to help me out.

I am using Nero 6 Ultra.

Again, thank you. Any help will be most greatly appreaciated.
    cheers.

    Hello.

I'm not sure what conversion programs convert this file type to be DVD compliant? Did you try importing into NeroVision?

    Other possibilities include the following:

    VSO's ConvertXtoDVD: http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/
    DVD Copy 4 Platinum: http://www.intervideo.com/jsp/InterVideoDVDCopy_Profile.jsp
    TMPGEnc Express 3: http://tmpgenc.pegasys-inc.com/en/product/te3xp.html
    DVD Santa: http://www.dvdsanta.com/
    The Film Machine: http://members.home.nl/thefilmmachine/

All have free trials although DVD Santa and ConvertX watermark their trial version output. There are other conversion programs. These I know have free trials.

Xilisoft and ImTOO also have converters.

I did try NeroVision....and it simpply wont let me import any of the files within the folder.

What should I be looking for when i want to download something...in order to ensure that it is able to be burned using Nero?

    thanks.

Nero does avi to dvd conversion. It may do others with plug-ins, but I don't know for sure. Many of us use ConvertXtoDVD for conversions. NeroVision does a poor job of converting in many cases. It's only advantage is menu making imo.

Here's a link to the xilisoft converter I didn't have yesterday:

Let us know how you make out. That's not a widely used format so any info we get on what works will be helpful to others in the future.
