Hello Guys! I have a canon miniDV. I'm trying for the 1st time to put my tapes to my pc to make them into DVD's. I have the ulead dvd movie factory 5.

I'm having problems capturing "if anyone can recommend another software also that would be great" did some search found nothing great.

It will start to capture for about 2 mins then I get these 2 msg.

"dvdmf.dll the memory could not be "read"

"the instructions at referenced memory at 0x3e51ff00 the memory could not be read"

I went to ULEAD forum and support and they don't even have anything listed. Can someone tell me what maybe causing this or how to fix it?

Thank you for any help you can give.

Ulead is sometimes a basic program and some videos it can not pick up because of codec issues.

Try to use Nero 6 and create the DVD that way.

Looks like a system error that will probablly need a reformat and start again thing.

Sorry to be a bearer of bad news you could try System Restore or a recovery disc if you have that.
