You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml

Looks like you need to use a BLANK disc.

 

You say you had nero 7 installed before and switched back to 6. Plus you have roxio installed. You can't have both installed at the same time. So I suggest following Gwen's advice first and run the zapper for roxio. Then run the clean tool for nero six first then 7

thank you i did not know that roxio and nero clashed when i bought roxio i was told it would work and also if i added other burning softwares like nero there would be no problems thanks again and very sorry for the double posts still new at posting
