I am having the hardest time with getting DVD2OneX. I downloaded the demo. Then decided I wanted to buy it. So, I went back to the website under 'buy' , ran through the screens, and got to where I enter an email for the code. I get this error message that ' email verif. code is incorrect & to please check my emal for correct code. So I got the email code and went back to the progam where it says you are running an unregistered version please enter code. . .i did, and it says name & code don't match. What is going on? I haven't bought anything. i have the demo stuck with the dvd I was trying, and I can't seem to do anything. I even tried to clear everything off of my system and start over with a new download, but it just takes me back to where i was. . .can anybody direct me on what I need to do?
Did you clear it from the Add/Remove Programs menu so that it is completely gone? Download a new version of the program, preferably from a mirror site. CNet.com has it to download and then go through the buying process again. Check that they dont state that you ar enot allowed to enter hotmail and yahoo accounts!
No , it didn't work. I got the same email verification code sent to me. But what do i do with it? The demo doesn't take it. . .does it go elsewhere? Any other way i can get this program?
How about, instead of trying to turn the demo into a full owrking one by buying it. Completely delete it and then pay fo, and download the full version from the website, if there is a difference that is. Apart from that, im not sure...
