    Please help me unlock my Nokia 6101b.

    IME:358823006230851

    Used to be Tmobile and now want it to be Cingular.

    what does it mean "phone restriction on" ... how can it be unlocked. i used the code .. have only entered it twice.. I dont want to end up locking it completely.
