Satalite TV for PC

    I saw an add for software that claims to turn your computer into a TV. I travel a lot and was wonder if this works. If anybody has tried it or heard anything about it I'd appreciate the info.

    Hi fish,there is two things you could be reffering to.

    1. a tv tuner which combines hardware and software to allow you to watch tv on your pc

    2.an online program that gives you free broadcasts.Here's a link to one such site http://www.tv4all.com/portal.htm
    There are many others too.Also network places like abc,cnn,espn,linktv etc.Have lots of great free programs available.There may very well be software that's capable of streaming it to you over the internet.
