while i was listening to my 60gb ipod it froze on that song and nothing seems to be working i try to off the ipod and forward to next track but it is frozen who do i get it to work.
whenever i have had this problem i just let the battery run dead and then charge it again, but it coyld be a larger problem and you may have to take it to where you brought it from.
Av a read of da instruction manual.. somewhere in there it says switch the hold switch on and off a few times & making sure the hold is turned off and press the menu and select button (middle button in the wheel) together until the apple logo appears, about 6 to 10 seconds or menu + play combination for previous model iPods.
