m3u

I download mp3's from internet and for some reason they are m3u files on my computer so I can't transfer them to my mp3 player or burn it on a CD. does anybody know what can I do to convert m3u's to mp3's

M3U is the most common file type to save playlists. You say the MP3's you downloaded are in the M3U format. Well, I'm afraid you downloaded only playlists.

If I always hear voices surrounding me, does it mean I'm crazy or that I hear in Dolby 5.1?

Nope. Like I said before, M3U files are just playlists. You should have noticed since they are only a few Kilibytes size.
