Sir, The phone cannot be unlocked by the way you told me. After entering all the code and #., nothing is happening. tmde, STOP!! The PUK is the master Security code for the SIM/phone. NOT AN UNLOCK CODE.If you enter too many wrong codes you will distroy your SIM. The phone is locked with a personal PIN that you or someone put in. When you enter the wrong PIN about three times , you then need the master code called a PUK. My instructions said to try ONCE and ONLY ONCE. [bold]How many times have you tyried to enter the code in the PUK?[/bold] Indosat M3 Indonesia can give you the PUK code if you have lost it. You normally get it when you buy the phone. They will only give it to the regestered owner. JG
Sir, another problem now... I tried to enter the PUK number, and the message said "SIM Card Rejected". If I change to another sim card, the phone request for security code. Please advise
Sir, As instructed; i removed the sim card and then power on the handphone. entered the codes, but nothing happen. then i turn off the power for a while putting back the blocked sim card, before turning on the power again. Suddenly it said sim card rejected. This cannot be undone?? thanks
tmde, I think you may have damaged the SIM with too many wrong PUK codes. If you do not know the Security code for the phone you can try this once and once only. 1260535243 Let us know what message you get. JG
