I am planning to buy a Windows based PDA mobile phone within the next few months. The features that i'm looking for are:
    Windows OS
FAST GUI (this is really important to me)
    MP3 Player
Touch screen with stylus (of course!)
    Additional memory slot.
Bluetooth(the latest version, whichever it is)
    Good build quality.

The things that I don't really care about are:
    Weight
    Looks
    Infrared
Expensive features that are out of reach of the common man (can't recollect any right now)

Please suggest which OS is faster: Windows or any other one. If Windows is fast enough, I profer it first.

My budget is not much. So, I'd like to go in for a used peice. The original cost of the NEW piece shouldn't be more than 34000 INR (Indian rupees).
I think the O2 series is good. These are the ones available in India:
O2 Xda Atom Exec (price not yet known to me)
    O2 Xda Atom (36000 INR)
    O2 Xda IIs (33000 INR)
    O2 Xda IIi (31000 INR)
O2 Xda II mini (price not yet known to me)
O2 Xda II (price not yet known to me)

The Palm Treo is a good PDA/PHONE combination and the new 700 series in particular the treo 700W uses windows os.However you didn't mention what type of technology you would like in terms of it being GSM or CDMA or the newer 3g capabilities. There is also the Blackberry which have avariety of models, but picking these phones you have to be a business oriented person if else it woud be a waste of time spending any money on a phone when all you'll need it for is the music ring tones and a cam.Bottomline for me i'll choose the treo,(rumor is there'll be a new line of treos out in october catering for us GSM Quad band)

I know what is CDMA but I haven't heard about GSM or 3G. Bottomline is that I plan to use it alongwith a SIM card.
And, I AM indeed looking for features such as email and GPRS, but I did'nt mention them, as it is soooo obvious that a PDA phone would have them.
