EA games recently decided to shut down Need For Speed Underground 2's online server, any ideas if there is a way to make somekind of replacement lobby that can be run from a window enviroment, or some kind of program to connect us so that i can continue to race with my friends online? or a way to modify the game so that it gose via IP insted of to ea's lobby?, any ideas would be appreciated.
That's just bs right there man.They came out with NFS underground 2 way to close to the release of NFS most wanted. I'm sorry I don't have an answer I just wanted to say that sucks.Hopefully the will or have released a server kit so fans can create servers and get back online the more time they spend the worst and more sparce the community will be.
i have found a solution for all those who want to race there friends again, http://www.hamachi.cc/ u must use nfsu2's lan mode, i will be hosting races and lan servers along with the rest of my crew if ur interested install version 1.0.0.60 and let me know and i will give you the LAN name and LAN password

I don't actually have the game.I just thought it was bs because ea is such a big company and they should do more to up hold their reputation then collect the money and run.
