Hi I have an Archos AV480 and have bought an AV440 for a mate's xmas present, both units are under two years old and both have blown up, the internal batteries have expanded to the point its burst the units housings and have there fore rendered them both useless, I have contacted ARCHOS UK so many time by phone and email but no body seems to care about their customers I am truely disgusted with their attitude to the end user. Has anyone else had a similar experience with their units pls let me know cheers
