Cpu&mobo combo deals

I am going to build a system for my neighbor
I found a fairly decent deal at Newegg.com
Its going to be a AMD64 3400+OEM with a choice of these 3 mobos
for $99

but after reading the reviews im having 2nd thoughts
One guy was having problems turning off the onboard video thats gotta stink. and we are definately not going to use that option

Now this is a good chipset a NF3, but BioStar? I dont know about
that.

This is probably the worst out of the 3. I most likely will not get this one but i wanted to show you what my options were.

keep in mind these are a bunch of cheapos
so dont laugh at me we are on a really tight budget
