Make sure your BIOS is set to boot from your Hard Drive. By the looks of things it’s set to boot only from CD then Floppy.

When on the First startup screen see if you can see “Press xx to enter Setup”. Just tap the key it says then have a look around in the first few menus to see if you can see anything like “Boot Sequence”. If you can then adjust it to boot from the Hard Drive first.

Looks like that guy had to flash his BIOS. Try and see if you can do the same. Remember your Motherboard may be diffrent. Unfortunatley that is something I have never had to do so you will have to follow closely because I can't help really.

Suggest you wait until the Morning (Living in the UK I want to go a bed as i've had a long day and its half 10 here) when some else can give you a hand with it because I dont have much experience of BIOS flashing.

I don't know if clearing the CMOS would help, but I sure would give it a try.
