Weird Prompt, Might Be Due To Trojan Horse Or Virus

Need help. When I access my Documents And Settings folder, a prompt comes up asking me to sign into my Microsoft Passport Network by typing in my Hotmail information (username, password). I asked on another site, and even posted a screen of it. People said it was fake, and that I should run some programs to try to get rid of it.

I downloaded Spybot, ran it. Got rid of what I thought was causing it. However, it still pops up.

If you know where I can put upload the picture, I can.

What can I do to get rid of it, if indeed it is not supposed to happen.
