    Well, I come here with my tail between my legs, begging for answers and asking what I did to deserve this. After numerous days reading this site (which is a great find, BTW) and trying multiple methods I'm still not having any luck. It's 3 AM, and I'm determined to figure this out.

    I have the whole trojan dialer thing. And after reading somewhere that I need to go into safe mode and install and run...Smithfraud, Ewido, Ad-Aware and Spybot and then return to normal windows, my problem would be solved. Well it didn't work and I keep getting this "false" virus notification stating i have these viruses, etc and my Ewido keeps telling me I have the malware. Here is my hijaked info. Any help would be greatly...greatly appreciated!

    We had this problem here. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/375614

    [bold]C:\Documents and Settings\Andrew Mackay\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\OPQRSTUV\srvrff[1].exe -> Trojan.Dialer.qs : Cleaned with backup (quarantined).
    C:\Documents and Settings\Andrew Mackay\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\WOPKLS5I\srvzpv[1].exe -> Trojan.Dialer.qs : Cleaned with backup (quarantined).
    C:\System Volume Information\_restore{036CC90F-6E56-46DE-846D-39032A2FC627}\RP167\A0081106.exe -> Trojan.Dialer.qs : Cleaned with backup (quarantined).[/bold]

    As you can see in bold Ewido can quarantine Trojan.dialer.qs

    Therefore, this I believe is your problem.
