250 Power Supply Video Cards

    I have sort of a problem i cant upgrade my power supply thanks to crappy dell. But I need to know the ABSOLUTE BEST graphics card I CAN get for my the amount of power i have which is 250. I can Support AGP and PCI not PCI-Express Please respond ASAP

    build your self or buy a new computer and get rid of the piece of junk dell. i can build you a computer if you want. for a good price. thats what i do let me know
