how far does the ds chat go (in distance)?

    i was wondering if i could find out how far the ds chat goes cos me and my mate both have 1 but we want to find out how far it goes?

    If you both have one, why dont you find out yourself?

    As Jbob2k said, find out for yourself, but it isn't very far, I personally think it's rather pointless as you can just walk upto your friend and talk to them, only ever tried using it between two cars, and it kept losing connection, so meh.

    if you have a flashcart, check out wifichat - very good homebrew app. looks just like PictoChat, except this allows you to get on wifi - allowing you to be basically anywhere in the world and talk to another person.

    not a problem. I really like that homebrew app.. really easy to use. the *only* downfall is your convo's are recorded lol.. but i'm sure theres a way to remove that
