    yes they are compatible. they are both socket lga 775

    so that one will work i one i ask about but u say go with the bigger companys
    really wot u want is pcie x16
    sata
    ddr 4 ram slots
    3 pci slot
    but on buy it now

    dude dont listen to him! just because the socket 775 r the same doesnt mean it will work he doesnt even say if its an pentium d 820 or 920 (of course pentium d 920 is alot faster)and anyways i dnt like that ad to little info dont trust or ebay or that user it smells like a scam
