is it just me or is this someone selling the free version of DVD Shrink

I have 3.2 and it was always labelled as free.

this ebay user says

"notice to eBay...THIS IN NO WAY BREACHES ANY COPYRIGHT LAWS!!! I AM NOT OR HAVE NOT MADE ANY BOOTLEGS COPIES ETC OF THIS PRODUCT!!! I AM SELLING THE GENUINE PRODUCT AS I HAVE CLOSED MY COMPUTER BUISNESS AND NO LONGER NEED THESE PROGRAMS!!! SO DO NOT REMOVE THIS ADVERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL SCREENSHOTS AND WORDS USED IN THIS ADVERT ARE MY OWN!!! THE PRODUCT IS ENCRYPTED SO AS TO ENSURE THAT THE BUYER CANNOT MAKE ANY ILEGAL COPIES OF THE PRODUCT!!!"

am i the only one thinking that he has no right to sell it on as surely he would have got it for free just like anybody can ?

yer tht 360 program is bein sold by a website too lol i was in a thread before where sum1 has paid membership to it an it basically luks like limwiewire but in a differnt tin lol
