    Ok i have a P4 2.4 478 socket and i want to over clock it to 2.8 ghz now here is the question how many fans do i need to instal ? and it seems that many people say that if you increase the FSB it also increases the speed of your VGA and PCI card and this is not good for me lol is that true ?
