files that will not deleat

    trying to deleat some vcd files from my pc but i keep getting the
    error. cannot deleat being used by another person or programme. i am the only user and i closed all programmes and restarted but still no joy. Thanks

    Hi downloaded and installed the unlocker assistant,now when i try to deleat the file the unlocked programme cuts in and i selected the file and hit unlock but it will not unlock it it says no action

    update-restarted my pc and then tried the deleat this time the unlocker worked.Thanks a lot for the help..
