unable to find ip adress

hi i have been trying to find my ip address for my router settings ,but when i go into help and support ,then scan my pc it tells me that the page cannot be displayed so i dont know what my settings should be, is there any other way i tried ipconfig ,ran that but that just dissapears thanx in advance

what router are you using?

 

router ip is 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1

 

Mhm, im new here but i had the same problem with my ip adress.

with router u should visit sites like www.ip-adress.com or the site john mentioned. so u can check your online ip.

Open a command prompt. Type 'ipconfig /all'

Whats your gateway? You router IP should be whatever your gateway IP address is.

With an router ipconfig doesnt show the real ip, as far is i know.
