is it my graphics card

    i have a radeon 9250 graphics card in my pc.i am tring to play flat out 2 .the games fires up great and i can see everthing .when i try to race the screen is like white and cant see any cars.wierd that it would be graphics card tho/usually if graphics card wouldnt be compatible the game wouldnt even start.here is a pick at start up can i change anything on here so i could race ? thank you

    I wonder if its a direct X issue. Are you using the latest one?

    Update the drivers and catylyst package also check the box that says hardware 3d.

    i have a 9250 in my second PC, it isnt that powerfull of a graphics card, i would suggest you look at the box or devlopers website and see what the min system requirements are, also you may want to download the lateist drivers for the card while your there.

    so i guess i need a new card any ideas on a new one .i have agp and pci slots.if ANYone could postsome links on a new card would be nice .thanks again

    what ever card you find go here
    www.pricegrabber.com and put it in the search. It will list all sellers selling it and for the best price that includes shipping(after you enter your zip code in). zipzoomfly.com beats newegg and tigerdirect prices almost always. They also have free 2 day shipping. It does really come in two days also! Great site. When I built my comoputer I used price grabber for all my parts and 9 out of 10 came from zipzoomfly. My case came from newegg because it was the only thing that cost less but it took like 8 days for it to come in.

    thanks keithyb . zipzoomfly.com i checked it out but dont know really which card to buy .could i get one for under $100 that is good and will play most newer games .
